Thank you for choosing Anphie Jewels.
By transacting with us, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to be legally bounded by our Terms and Conditions.
1. General
Subject to clause 2(a), these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as a contractually and legally binding relationship between you and Anphie Jewels (“Anphie”).
2. Order Process
a. Orders submitted through our website shall not constitute a binding contract between yourself and Anphie until Anphie has provided written acceptance of the order.
b. As all Anphie jewellery are made-to-order, a 50% deposit is required before work can commence.
c. Anphie reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from pricing, typographical or other errors, in any offer or representation made by us and refund you the full amount accordingly.
3. Refunds and Returns
a. All bespoke jewellery purchased from Anphie are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (as they are all made-to-order) once your order is accepted by Anphie.
b. In the event that an order is cancelled after acceptance by Anphie , Anphie reserves the right to retain the 50% deposit as work has already commenced on the order.
c. In the event of a request for a change in design after acceptance of the order, Anphie reserves the right to decide if the request can be met. This depends on considerations such as but not limited to, the amount of production work that has been carried out, costs involved, timeline, etc. The implications will be discussed with you and you agree to bear additional costs, if any.
d. Should a gemstone provided by you be broken or damaged during the process of setting, you agree to indemnify Anphie Jewellery Pte Ltd, its agents, employees and related parties from all liability and claims related to your gemstone.
e. Ready-to-wear jewellery may be exchanged for other products within 2 days of purchase provided the item is returned in original condition. No refunds will be given if the price of the new item is lower than that of the exchanged item. If the price of the new item is higher than that of the exchanged item, you will pay the difference. Where ready-to-wear designs are made-to-order or have been altered e.g. adjustments to ring size, the item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. Cancellation
a. Your accepted order may be subjected to cancellation by Anphie with prior written notice of 5 working days.
b. You may not cancel your order once your order has been accepted by Anphie in writing.
5. Repair Guarantee
a. All Anphie products are made to high quality standards. Repairs related to the craftsmanship of Anphie jewellery are guaranteed for 1 year, subject to the following:
i. The product must not have been damaged due to your own careless wear and use. All products subject to repair by Anphie will first be assessed by our experts. Anphie will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to purchased products which have been caused by your own careless wear and use;
ii. Where the product has been assessed to be damaged through your own misuse, or attempt(s) to repair it whether personally or through a third party, you will not be entitled to a remedy under Clause 5.
iii. Anphie will not be responsible for the repair of gemstones that are not purchased through Anphie.
b. A proof of purchase must be presented at the point of a repair request.
6. Representations and Warranties
a. Quotations presented to you via the online designer tool do not constitute the final price. The final price will be presented in a written acceptance of order.
b. Where sourcing of gemstones is required, a price estimate will be provided in the written acceptance of order. Upon confirmation of the final gemstone price, Anphie will charge or refund you accordingly for the due difference.
c. Anphie has taken care to ensure that product images are as accurate as possible. However, these (designs, illustrations, online images, photographs, artist impressions) may differ from actual products.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
a. Anphie is the owner of product images, including but not limited to product designs, content, audio, video clips, artistic works and information in any media or format and such materials are duly protected by copyright and other relevant forms of intellectual property rights owned, licensed to or controlled by Anphie.
b. Except as otherwise expressly provided and agreed to in writing by Anphie, you are prohibited from copying, reproducing, re-publishing, distributing, modifying in any way, any of the materials provided for in Clause 7a above, except for the purposes of a jewellery purchase from Anphie. Anphie reserves the right to take action against any breach and infringement of these intellectual property rights.
